This Privacy Policy explains how Billy Mathis ("I," "me," or "my"), a Workplace Consultant with Aramark Refreshments, collects, uses, and shares personal information through this website and request forms (the "Site").

• Information you give me: your name, company, work email, phone number, zip code, team size, the services you are interested in, and any message you send when you submit a form or contact me.
• Information collected automatically: device and browser type, pages viewed, referring ad or website, approximate location, and similar usage data, collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including advertising and analytics tools.

• To respond to your request, schedule a site assessment, and prepare a quote or plan.
• To follow up with you by phone or email about Aramark Refreshments services.

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it for third-party marketing. I may share it with:

If that ever changes, I will ask for your separate, express consent first, and you will be able to reply STOP to opt out.
